Schloegel Design Remodel has been a supporter of the Urban Ranger Corps since 2006.  They helped to renovate two of the homes on the model block and sponsored a student intern two years ago. 

Jake Schloegel was recently appointed to serve on the URC Board of Directors.  Jake and his company are committed to the URC mission of “…preparing at-risk inner city youth for wholesome, responsible an productive futures through a program of disciplined work experience and service in the community; leadership development; and individualized planning for post-High School careers.”

Jake said “the URC is a perfect fit for us, since a big part of their program is having the youth work on homes in their neighborhoods that are in need of painting and general clean up, both inside and outside.  We can share our expertise  and knowledge of what it takes to get these homes back up to acceptable standards.  I’m honored to be serving on the Board and look forward to helping the program grow and improve its services”
