Convection ovens use a fan to circulate heat within the oven to provide more even cooking. It also takes less time and energy than traditional gas and electric ovens. One of the biggest pros of convection ovens, especially for holiday cooking, is that you can perfectly bake multiple items at once because the circulation of air isn’t affected by stacked trays or placement.

If your home is stretched for space, using buffets, side tables, kitchen islands and counters is a great way to present food and decorations. With a table cloth, candles and beautifully prepared food and drinks, you’ll be sure to wow and add function to the your entertaining area.

Finally, anyone who’s prepared a dinner for a group knows that the kitchen can get a little cramped. It’s great to be together, but a crowded kitchen can easily lead to a frustrated host. Encourage your guests to stay out of your way by setting up self-serve bars and snack areas throughout the space you designated for entertaining. That way, you’ll be able to join in the holiday merriment in no time at all!
