We couldn’t be more excited to share that our very own Jake Schloegel has received the 2017 National Association of The Remodeling Industry (NARI) Lifetime Achievement Award. This award recognizes accomplishments, awards, local community involvement, as well as NARI national involvement to an individual who has been in the remodeling industry for at least 20 years and a NARI member for seven or more years.
NARI has recognized Jake for living his professional life in a way that truly embraces their Code of Ethics. Jake “pledges to observe high standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in business.” Jake has been an active NARI member for nearly 30 years. He currently serves on NARI’s National Certification Board and has been involved on the local board for more than 29 years. He’s served as Kansas City NARI Board President for three years, on multiple committees and awards programs and has encouraged others in his company to take on roles at NARI as well. He was in the first class of Certified Remodelers at his chapter and has encouraged almost 20 of his own employees to become NARI certified.
“Jake’s level of professionalism and involvement in NARI committees, and the Kansas City NARI chapter as a board member and president, demonstrates his commitment to elevating the remodeling profession,” said Fred Ulreich, CEO NARI.
