Tour Stop 18 – Prairie Village Kitchen – 4812 W. 66th Terrace
This sweet Prairie Village home was missing the openness and charm that it desperately needed. A confined kitchen did not allow for entertaining or more than one cook in the kitchen! The kitchen walls were completely removed to allow for an open concept floor plan. The kitchen, breakfast room, living room and powder bath were all transformed in this major first-floor renovation.
A new center island is now the hub of the space. A new fireplace featuring split faced stone is a beautiful focal point. The latest design trends are featured with bold colors and mid century accents. Lots of eye candy to see, don’t miss this amazing transformation!

Tour Stop 14 – Express Custom Kitchen – 8445 Meadow Lane
This “Cozy Leawood Kitchen” had many issues to deal with right from the start. Our clients wanted to get the kitchen they had dreamed of for years. They both wanted their circa 1953 kitchen brought into the new millennium but didn’t want to break the budget to get there.
We designed a new functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen that was more fitting with the style of the home and their needs. Designing the new kitchen floor plan with convenience, storage, and increased countertop space was the main goal of the project. The finished project was everything our clients wanted and more.
