Schloegel Honored With 5 NARI REMY Awards
Silver Award – Interior Remodel $50,000-$100,000
Recently, Schloegel Design Remodel was honored to be awarded 5 REMY Awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). These awards are given annually to honor contractors for their craftsmanship, professionalism and commitment to excellence in remodeling. This is the third in a series of five blog posts highlighting each award.
To create an updated and elegant bar area, materials were selected to enhance many existing finishes. The design reflects a theme inspired by the unique arched hammered copper sink. A raised countertop extends in an arch for easy conversation among guests. Custom mullioned door panels on the enclosed cabinetry are backed with antique mirror to give a subtle openness to the space. A built-in cabinet combines both visible and concealed wine storage. New beverage drawers were selected to match the existing wine refrigerator, and a speed oven was installed to allow for efficient entertaining.
