How has another year gone by! We can’t believe it’s that time again, time to give away a bathroom makeover to a deserving family in the Kansas City area and we need your help getting the word out. There are so many amazing families in our area that struggle to help their children with daily bathroom activities because most bathrooms aren’t built with accessibility in mind. We know how small changes can make a huge impact on a child’s life and that is why we started the Big Splash Bathroom Giveaway nine years ago. It is an opportunity for our team to use their expertise to give back in the community we love so much.
How it Works
We will be taking nominations for children that would benefit from an accessible bathroom now through Friday, October 25, 2019.
The giveaway includes a complete bathroom makeover which includes handicap accessible fixtures and features, a $25,000 value. The recipient will be announced the first week of December and the project will kick off in January of 2020. Take a look at the Giveaway Rules for more details.
Last Year’s Big Splash Recipient
Last year it was a privilege to work with Garrett Haskin and his family. Garrett Haskin was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus making everyday activities a challenge. Our team loved working in their home and creating a bathroom that allowed Garrett to gain independence!
