  • Newly Certified Remodeling Project Managers at Schloegel

Last updated on January 14, 2021

We are excited to share three of our team members, Kirk Thomas, Jeff Penrose, and Ted Kincaid have received their Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM)! The CRPM is a certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)!

Certified Remodeling Project Manager

The CRPM program addresses project cost management, communication, project planning, quality assurance, record-keeping and risk management.

NARI CRPMs are the field personnel who oversee every aspect of the project. This includes customer satisfaction, personnel management, administration, etc. while working on the project or projects.

We are always proud when our team members become certified. A certification not only shows they’ve put in years of hands-on experience but have taken the time to improve their level of expertise.

Kirk Thomas

Kirk has been with Schloegel for almost 6 years. He is an expert in carpentry, plumbing, flooring, siding and electrical work. Just like the rest of the Schloegel Property Solutions team, he’s passionate about listening to customers and transforming their dreams into reality.

Jeff Penrose

Jeff has been with Schloegel Design Remodel for nearly 3 years. He has expansive experience in framing, electrical, plumbing, finishing, carpentry, tiling, painting, cabinet building, and regularly takes various building projects from friends and family. Jeff was once asked to build a professional recording studio! Jeff says he gets the same excitement as clients while watching their visions become a reality, and likes to continuously get their input along the way. His hidden talent is “hide and seek,” so don’t lose him on the job site!

Ted Kincaid

Ted has been with Schloegel Design Remodel since 2009. He is a man who knows how to get things done. Using seven years of military training, an honest approach and a creative mind, he can make your dream bathroom or kitchen come to life, all while making sure your project involves minimal hassle and inconvenience for you. Even if that project were to include, say, a bathtub that fills using a faucet in the ceiling. True story. Just ask him.

Congratulations Kirk, Ted, and Jeff! Are you interested in remodeling your home? Contact Us to talk to a Schloegel expert.
