Stop 8 – Kitchen – 5631 Tahoe Lane, Fairway, KS 66205
The owners of this very charming Fairway home have impeccable taste and wanted the kitchen and family room to reflect their own style while providing a more functional space for cooking, storage and entertaining. The new configuration captured all of the design elements that the owners wanted to introduce to accentuate their style for the kitchen & family room. The new floorplan has creative functional storage, seating and additional countertop space for entertaining. The owners often sit in the family room and look into the kitchen and say “I can’t believe this my house”.

Stop 10 – Whole House – 5409 Wyandotte, Kansas City, MO 64112
This three-story Craftsman home, built in 1910, boasts beautiful original molding and hardwood floors. The kitchen was not functional and the home lacked a primarysuite. Brand new kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a two-tiered island make this kitchen more functional. The new design stayed to the period and Craftsman style of the home. Two upstairs bedrooms were combined to create a primarysuite in a contrasting contemporary style. The primarysuite is complete with laundry, a two-sided fireplace and a barn door leading to a walk-in closet. The primarybathroom with a walk-in shower, heated floor, and floating vanity are complimented by exposed beams adding warmth and character. Don’t miss this one!
