With electric, plumbing, drywall and paint nearly done, Ron shares the next steps in creating this contemporary kitchen.
Demo
The Schloegel team clears out the existing cabinets, fixtures etc, but protects the hardwoods as they will stay. As previously discussed the footprint of the kitchen will stay the same but a new design will make it much more functional.
Electrical Rough-In
Our friends at Jason Wright Electric started the electrical work on the project to accommodate for new light fixtures, appliances, and plugins.
Drywall and Painting
Lee Drywall helped out with the patching the drywall on the kitchen walls and installed all new drywall on the ceiling. With the drywall complete R & S Painting came in to paint the kitchen.
Cabinets, Cabinets and More Cabinets!
Crazy to think all these boxes stacked up in the garage are going to be the amazing cabinets. Prior to installation, each and every piece will be inspected for any damage or defects.
Kyle is a cabinet expert and gets to work on the installation.
With installation finished, the cabinets are ready for appliance installation and countertops. The kitchen is really starting to come together!
