Remodeling the Shower Area in a 60+Year Old Home
Long-time Homeowner Can Now Easily Use Shower
Our Handyman Charlie and his crew recently completed a shower makeover in this 60 + year old home. The homeowner, who has lived in the house for 55 years, was having difficulty getting in and out of the existing tub/shower. We removed the cast iron tub, framed new knee walls and bench seat, brought the valve and temperature controls through the knee wall to the shower door, tiled and installed new enclosure and glass shower door. Look at how close of a match the 60 year old tile is to the new tile! Now this homeowner can get in and out of his shower safely allowing him to stay in his home that holds so many memories.
