GuildQuality recently announced their 2019 GuildMaster Award recipients and we are thrilled to be honored again! This is Schloegel’s fourth consecutive year receiving the award. GuildQuality helps measure customer satisfaction through client surveys, within the building industry. Their annual GuildMaster Awards recognize those companies who’ve demonstrated exceptional customer service.

Each year, GuildQuality reviews thousands of survey responses submitted by the customers of GuildMaster candidates. When determining QuildMaster candidates they consider two primary metrics. The first metric is the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and it must be over 90% to receive the award. The second metric looks at the percentage of customers who responded. Learn more about GuildMaster requirements.
This year, GuildQuality had over 700 eligible GuildMaster applicants. We’re honored our clients recognize our dedication to high-quality remodeling and to be one of the 300 businesses to receive the award.
