Having reached an important milestone in this project, Tom Stumpff, takes a well-deserved break from his daily activities.
Under Tom’s direction, the crew has completed all the carpentry ruff-in, along with electrical, mechanical and electrical ruff-in. The city inspections are complete, insulation is installed and the drywallers are hanging “rock”. The job is on-schedule and the excitement is building in anticipation of the start of trim and cabinets.
