Kitchens $40,000 to $80,000

Before
After
This wonderful remodel successfully transformed this 1986 kitchen into an up-do-date, warm, inviting and efficient space for meal preparation and family gathering.  This fabulous kitchen features creamy eggshell painted and glazed cabinetry, warmly harmonized with oak stained island and specialty cabinetry.  Portofino granite, highlighted with soft Tucson Walnut backsplash tile and bronze metal accents, enhance the stunning look of this kitchen.  Updated ceiling and under-cabinet lighting, new plumbing fixtures and appliances, and new wood flooring complement the overall personality of this newly remodeled space.  We were thrilled to carry out this wonderful project for such delightful clients in thirteen days!

Kitchens $80,000 to $120,000

Before this kitchen had little work space for cooking and didn’t work for entertaining.  The new kitchen layout incorporates a beautiful island with seating. The circulation is comfortable for several cooks and plenty of space to entertain in. A combination of painted and stained cabinetry, “brushed” black granite countertops and polished marble on the island, Brazilian cherry hardwoods and a new modern look on the two sided fireplace are some of the eye catching features. The space has been completely transformed to the homeowner’s modern taste and is a wonderful space that the whole family can be in!

Residential Bath Remodeling $60,000 and over

Before
After
Built in the early 2000’s, this home was lovely but the primarybath was “builder grade”.  Their desire was an elegant, clean and functional bath with a “beachy” feel.  His and her vanities are combined with creating a separate more functional dressing table and a furniture piece for dresser and linen storage.  Elegant cherry cabinetry features molded doors and many intricate details.  The shower is open and proportional to the space and accented with basket weave patterned tile and glass panel enclosures. Marble in both polished and honed is utilized throughout the bath surfaces.  The final adorning feature is crystal as seen in the cabinetry hardware and a chandelier completing the elegant effect that was desired

Keep your fingers crossed for us!
