What’s a warranty worth? How many times have we purchased something and it had a warranty that we thought was pretty good. When we go to make a claim, we find out that either the company is out of business or we don’t qualify due to some technicality. It can be pretty frustrating.

At SDR we take our warranties very seriously. We feel that our clients are our best source of new business, and we go out of our way to take care of any problems that might occur. One such problem came up the other day. Brad Scott, our Production Manager, got on it right away and took care of her. Here is how she felt about the treatment she received:

Brad, Just want to tell you “thanks” for sending Henry out to work on my kitchen sink. It’s been 3 years now almost and I know we’re past the warranty period. I would have been happy call someone out here myself but wasn’t certain who I should call. You certainly did not have to deal with this small item and I really appreciate it-plus, you were so quick to respond.
