As the saying goes, “there’s nothing new under the sun.”  And indeed that idea rings true with the resurgence of clawfoot bath tubs.  In the midst of the “renovation generation,” the significance of bathroom decor has had a tremendous impact on the recent popularity in clawfoot bathtubs.  Clawfoot tubs were popular in the 1800s, but decreased in appearance as the need for space in bathrooms was not seen as a necessary factor.

The use of clawfoot bathrooms are somewhat of a tribute to the traditional style in contemporary designs.
