A new year is approaching and with it comes some exciting and fresh design trends. We caught up with our own designer, Amy Boeshaar to get her take on 5 design trends to expect in 2018. Some of the trends may take you down memory lane and others may inspire you to change up your home.

The electrical has now been run on our outdoor pergola to include locations for two hanging chandelier fixtures and two osculating wall mount fan units. These will add the evening ambiance and comfort for a summer evening.

This past year as the holiday approached I wanted to give something from the heart to my family and friends. My father had become the master of birdhouses and built houses that replicated everything from a Georgia Mansion to a Log Cabin.
This past year was one of the most exciting ones that we have ever had. We loved being apart of all the new
design trends, remodeling advancements, and new home improvements. The design world sure is advancing, as commented on by a few of the posts this past year.
