We love sharing good news. Another member of the Schloegel Design Remodel team just became a Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC). Congratulations Ben Bass! The CLC is a certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

More Good News, Newly Certified Lead Carpenters!

The good news keeps coming! Three of our team members, Nic Juncos, Kris Worden, and Doug Schauerman have become Certified Lead Carpenters (CLC)! The CLC is a certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

After April 22, a new Environmental Protection Agency law goes into place. Any home built before December 31, 1977 will have to be tested for lead if more than 6 square feet of interior or 20 square feet of exterior surface will be disturbed. If lead is found, certain procedures must be followed to remove the lead from the home.
