It’s wrap up week in Brook and Chad’s beautiful Prairie Village home. With just a few finishing touches, the project will be wrapped on time and under budget.

This week, Sam and the Schloegel team began finishing flooring, began work on finishing the new half bathroom, and began painting.

The team began by sanding down the new and previously existing hardwood floors, giving them a nice, consistent grain and texture across the entire floor.

Every opportunity we get, we like to share a project we are working on to give you an inside view of what it is like working with Schloegel’s expert design and contracting team. Over the next few weeks, we’ll check in on our clients Brook and Chad as we help them build their dream kitchen in their home in Prairie Village.
